All prices displayed on our website are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. We do not store your full card details — all payment information is processed securely by our payment provider.

We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order will be the price charged.

We take care to accurately represent our arrangements on the website. However, all fresh flowers are natural products and may vary in colour, size, and exact appearance from photography or descriptions.

When specific flower varieties are unavailable, we may substitute with varieties of equal or greater value, maintaining the arrangement’s overall aesthetic and intent.

If you have specific requirements or requests, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise on availability.

We deliver within Doha, Qatar and surrounding areas. Full details of our delivery service, timeslots, fees, and cut-off times are set out in our Delivery & Refunds page.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our control, including incorrect address information provided at checkout or the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.

In short: if your order arrives damaged, in poor condition, or not fresh, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. As our flowers are prepared specifically for each order, late cancellations are non-refundable — please contact us as early as possible if you need to make a change.
